What will I need to open an account?

  • You'll need to provide the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Employer Information
    • Mother’s Maiden Name
    • Social Security number (or ITIN)
    • Date of birth
    • Physical Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  • You'll need to provide a form of Primary ID documentation:
    • US Persons (one of the following):
      • State issued driver's license, State issued identification card, Passport, US Military ID, Student ID, or Eldery & Disabled: Medicare or Medicaid Card along with secondary ID.
    • Non-US Persons (one of the following):
      • Passport (number and country of issuance) or Matricula Consular card
  • You'll need to provide a form of Secondary ID documentation:
    • One of the following:
      • Social Security Card, I-TIN Card, Debit Card from another financial, Credit Card, Utility, telephone, or property tax bill, Bank statement, or Birth certificate
    • If the Primary ID document provided does not include your current address, you’ll need to provide a form of Secondary ID documentation that has your current address listed; such as a utility bill, tax bill or bank statement.

How can I get started on the account opening process?

           Online Account Opening

  • If you have an appointment scheduled with a Member Advisor, you can still start your account opening online. Please make sure you save your progress before exiting, and the Member Advisor can pull up your information and assist in completing the account opening.
