Send and receive both domestic and international wire transfers securely and reliably with Blackhawk Community Credit Union.
How do I send or receive wire transfers?
To request an outgoing wire transfer, give us a call at 800.779.5555 to start the process, contact one of our Business Lending Team members, or stop by your local branch.
Wires processed Monday through Friday have cut-off times listed below. Wires processed on Saturday go out the next business day. See locations and hours for hours of operation at your branch.
Domestic Wires
Cut-off from processing wire 4:45PM CST
Must have:
- Amount
- Financial Institution Name and Address
- Financial Institution ABA/Routing Number
- Beneficiary/Creditor Name and Address
- Beneficiary/Creditor Account Number
Foreign/International Wires
Cut-off from processing wire 1:45PM CST
Must have:
- Amount (US Dollars or foreign currency)
- Foreign Financial Institution's Name
- Foreign Financial Institution's Full Address
- Foreign Financial Institution's SWIFT code (or bank code)
- Beneficiary/Creditor Name
- Beneficiary/Creditor Full Address
- Beneficiary/Creditor Account Number
- Purpose for the wire (example: paying an invoice, downpayment for a trip, etc.)
