Meet Our 2026 Difference Makers!
Celebrating Community Impact Through Our Premier Partnership
On behalf of our members, Blackhawk Community Credit Union is proud to announce our 2026 Premier Difference Makers: Everyone Cooperating to Help Others, Inc. (ECHO) and Kenosha Human Development Services, Inc. (KHDS).
Through our premier partnership, BHCCU awards two nonprofit organizations an annual $15,000 donation to support programs that create meaningful, lasting change in the communities we serve. These organizations embody the cooperative spirit of “people helping people,” and we are honored to partner with them as they continue making a powerful difference close to home.

![]() ECHO seeks to help people help themselves through its programs and services, not readily available through other sources, and to assist them in utilizing other existing services and programs in the community. |
![]() KHDS works to help all people in the community lead healthy, productive lives. They ensure that all people—especially those with the fewest resources—have access to the opportunities and support they need to succeed in life. |
