211 Wisconsin: 211 is a free and confidential service that connects you with thousands of local programs and services. Simply dial "211" on your phone to reach a friendly, trained community resource specialists available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to connect you to food pantries, utility assistance, substance use services, housing help, mental health supports, a safe haven from domestic violence, or other local services.
Resource Sites: Rock County Resources and Kenosha County Resources are helpful sites; with 2025 updated and revised Food Resource Guides (Rock County and Kenosha County), along with other helpful services, including a 24-Hour Crisis Line available.
