Statement Changes
We're excited to have fully completed the transition to a more reliable vendor for all of your statements. This now includes both mailed and electronic statements for credit cards. Read more below for information on specific statement types and how you can access them.
Credit Card Statements
eStatements
Beginning in April, 2024, all members enrolled in eStatements will see their credit card statement return to an eStatement format. These eStatements can be accessed via the eDocuments tab in the digital banking menu.
Paper Statements
Beginning in April, 2024, members receiving printed statements will receive a newly enhanced credit card statement going forward. These printed statements will have a refreshed layout and will arrive separately from your share statement to ensure timely delivery.
