Statement Changes

Because of our expedited transition to a more reliable statement service, your upcoming statements will look different from usual, and paper statements may be delivered in a different envelope(s) than you’re used to seeing, but rest assured, all your account information remains accurate and secure. Read more below for timely updates on specific statement types and how you can access them.

eStatements

Because we're utilizing a new service for your eStatements, you will be required to verify with this new vendor that you have the means to access the digital documents and are agreeing to receive them from us. This is a simple process that should take about 1 minute to complete:

  • Once you select eDocuments from your mobile or online banking dashboard, you will see a letter titled eDocuments Test Drive and a verification code will be requested.
  • The verification code is found in the body of the letter. The line to enter the code is on the same screen.
  • Note: The verification code is case-sensitive.
Share Account eStatements

Your December statement was accompanied by a "How to Read Your Statement" guide that will assist you in navigating your statement's new format. 

Credit Card eStatements

Credit Card eStatements will not be available for January. All credit card statements will be mailed, regardless of eStatement preference. However, you can access statement information in mobile or online banking by selecting Manage Credit Cards from your dashboard. You can access activity by selecting the Account Summary menu tab, and utilizing the Activity dropdown to select the period you wish to view. You can access a Statement Summary by selecting the Statement menu tab.

Each mailed paper statement for December was accompanied by a "How to Read Your Statement" guide that will assist you in navigating your statement's new format. 
Credit Card Paper Statements
Please keep in mind that these new statements will look different from usual, and may be delivered in a different envelope(s) than you’re used to seeing. 

Mortgage Statements

January's mortgage statements are not delayed and will be mailed on 1/10/24, per usual. However, eDocument members will notice that these statements are now in a new place in online & mobile banking than you're typically accustomed to. Additionally, even eDocuments members will receive a paper copy of this statement for the month of January. Follow the steps below to access these eDocuments, which are available in mobile and online banking now.

Mobile Banking
    1. From the dashboard, select your Mortgage Loan. This will open a new menu with a list of options
    2. In the menu, select My Mortgage
    3. On the next screen, select the menu in the top right corner of the page. This will open a new dropdown menu
    4. From the dropdown menu, under Account Info, select Documents
    5. Select Amortized Loan Statement to see your January 2024 mortgage statement
Online Banking
    1. From the dashboard, select your Mortgage Loan. This will open a new menu with a list of options
    2. In the menu, select My Mortgage
    3. On the next screen, select the Account Info dropdown at the top of the screen
    4. From the dropdown, select Documents
    5. Select Amortized Loan Statement to see your January 2024 mortgage statement
