Discontinued Services

Starting September 30, 2021, we will no longer offer the following services in our branches: travel cards, VISA gift cards, Great America tickets, and Milwaukee Zoo tickets. We are discontinuing these services due to their lack of efficiency and the large availability of other, easier options. To make this change easier on our members, we have compiled a list of places to find these services. 

• Travel Cards Update: In August we had informed our membership that starting September 30, 2021, we would no longer be selling travel cards due to the large availability of other and easier options to purchase them. At that time, we were told by “TravelMoney” the processor of our travel card program, that you could continue to use and reload your “TravelMoney” card until the expiration date. However, we have just been notified that this is not the case.  The current travel card that you purchased from Blackhawk Community Credit Card has been closed out and we are in the process of refunding the balance, that was on your card, back into your account.  You should see a deposit in your primary share account very soon for the remaining balance on your card. • VISA gift cards: You can purchase VISA gift cards online or you can buy them wherever VISA gift cards are sold
• Milwaukee Zoo tickets: Purchase Milwaukee Zoo tickets online or right at the zoo gate
• Great America tickets: Purchase Great America tickets online or right at the park gate
