Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases, Cash Advances and Balance Transfers: (APR) is a variable rate, that may increase or decrease when the Prime Rate, as identified in the ‘Money Rates’ column of the Wall Street Journal, changes.
We calculate the APR based on the Prime Rate (Index), plus a margin of 6.20%-8.20% based on credit worthiness. The APR is subject to change quarterly and will take effect on the first day of your January, April, July and October billing cycles, following a change in the Prime Rate.
The APR will never be more than the maximum rate allowed by applicable law. Any increase in the APR may increase your Interest Charges and your Minimum Payment until what you owe has been repaid.
- Calculating Your Balance: An Average Daily Balance Method is used to calculate your balance for purchase balances and cash advance balances.
- Billing Rights: Information on your rights to dispute transactions and how to exercise those rights is provided in your account agreement.
