At Blackhawk Community Credit Union, it’s our number one goal to ensure you get the support you need to reach your financial goals while getting the most out of your membership. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of Blackhawk Community Credit Union, you or an immediate family member must live, work, attend school, or own property within our field of membership.

Account Opening Requirements

To ensure this is a smooth process, please see the required documentation below to establish your account.

Your Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Driver's License, State-Issued ID, Military ID, or Passport
  • Permanent Resident Card or Visa - with or without Passport
Note: If your current address is not listed on photo ID, proof of address is required.


Your Social Security Number
  • OR your Tax Identification Number & ITIN documentation









































Membership is not available for immigrants with temporary visas, whether documented or undocumented, currently.
 
All signers are required to provide personally identifiable information (PII) to establish an account.
  • PII includes Name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, and Valid ID showing current address
