Business Membership Eligibility
Businesses, organizations, and associations may qualify for membership if a majority of their directors, members, or owners meet our membership eligibility requirements, or if the business, organization, or association has a physical location within our field of membership.

Sole Proprietorship
- Copy of SS-4 (if using an EIN)
- Registration of Firm Name (if applicable)
Partnership
- Copy of SS-4 or proof of EIN
- Copy of Partnership Agreement
LLC
- Copy of SS-4 or proof of TIN
- Articles of Organization
- Operating Agreement (not required for single member LLCs)
Corporation
- Copy of SS-4 or proof of EIN
- Articles of Incorporation
- Copy of Bylaws
Organization
- Copy of SS-4 or proof of EIN
- Documentation authorizing who can open account (ex: meeting minutes)
Non-Profit
- Copy of SS-4 or proof of EIN
- Articles of Incorporation
- Copy of Bylaws
- Documentation authorizing who can open account (ex: meeting minutes)
- Proof of 501 (c)(3) status from the IRS (if applicable)
All signers, including any owner with 25% or more interest, will need to provide personally identifiable information (PII) to establish the account.
- PII includes Name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and Valid ID with current address.

Internet Gambling Business
Internet Gambling Business
An internet gambling/online gambling business is a business that engages in any kind of gambling conducted on the internet.
- This includes but is not limited to virtual poker, casinos, and sports betting.
Money Service Business
Money Service Business
A money service business is a business that sells or redeems products or services related to money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, wire/money transfers, prepaid cards, check cashing or currency exchange/dealing in excess of $1,000 per person, per day.
- This includes but is not limited to Western Union or MoneyGram retailers.
Marijuana Related Business
Marijuana Related Business
A marijuana related business is a business that buys, sells, or grows medical or recreational Marijuana, or works with Marijuana such as cultivating or biotechnology; or is a Marijuana dispensary.
- Marijuana is defined as more than 0.3% THC.
