HealthNet of Rock County, Inc. is dedicated to excellence and innovation in the provision of primary health and dental care and health education, delivered free or at low cost, to enhance the quality of life for the underserved residents of Rock County, Wisconsin.

 

Community Action helps people find pathways out of poverty by reducing poverty’s negative impacts, and helps individuals and families move toward economic self-reliance. It provides programs involving housing, weatherization, homelessness, child care, youth services, and other supports across Rock and Walworth Counties.

The Boys & Girls Club of Janesville exists to enable and inspire all youth, especially those who need them most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible community members.

 

NAMI Rock County provides support, education, advocacy, and public awareness to assist individuals and families affected by mental health challenges.

GIFTS stands for God Is Faithful Temporary Shelter. Its current website describes its mission in terms of serving and transforming the lives of unsheltered men in Rock County, with its shelter providing 24/7 service, along with resources intended to help men move toward stability and self-sufficiency.

 

Project 16:49 serves unaccompanied homeless youth ages 14–24 and provides housing and supportive services designed to help youth complete their education, increase self-sufficiency, and prepare for independent living. Empowering Rock County's unaccompanied homeless youth to take action to achieve their goals.

ECHO’s mission is dedicated to meeting housing, food and other basic human needs and addressing the barriers to self-sufficiency. ECHO seeks to help people help themselves through services that aren't readily available elsewhere and to connect people with other community resources.

 

KHDS's mission supports creating a community where all people receive the support and services they need – when, where, and how they need it. KHDS supports people on their journey toward healing and autonomy, with services spanning behavioral health, crisis intervention, housing and homelessness, and support for children, youth, and families.
