We want to assure you that the safety of our members and employees comes first at Blackhawk Community Credit Union. Lobbies Are Open

Our branch lobbies will re-open Monday through Friday, effective February 22, 2022. Our lobbies will be open for appointments only on Saturdays (regular drive-up hours will remain on Saturdays).

Protecting the health of our members and staff is our number one priority, and we appreciate your understanding. We’re looking forward to seeing you in person again!

Being able to manage your money from your home can give you a sense of security and control during this uncertain time. Good thing BHCCU has you covered with 24/7/365 digital solutions.

  • Online/Mobile Banking: Our online banking and mobile banking app allow you to manage your accounts from the comfort of your own home. With online and mobile banking, you can view balances, make transfers, pay bills, send money, deposit checks, and much more.
  • Online Banking Tutorials: We have compiled helpful, 1 minute tutorials to help you through any obstacle you run into with online banking from logging in for the first time to learning how to pay your bills online. Click here for the video tutorials.
  • Mobile Deposit: Our mobile app makes it easy to deposit your checks. 
    • You can take advantage of mobile deposit up to $2,500 per day
    • To ensure fast deposit of your funds, please endorse the back of the check with your signature and the language "For mobile deposit only to BHCCU"
    • Treasury checks cannot be deposited this way
  • Debit Cards & ATMs: Our debit cards give you easy access to your checking account and can be issued in the drive-up. In addition, our ATMs are available 24/7 for your convenience. Click here for our ATM locator

Manage Your Money From Home

We offer lots of ways you can still manage your money from home. Were you thinking about applying for a loan or opening up a youth savings account for your child before COVID-19? You still can. We're here for you no matter what. 

  • Direct Deposit: Receive your payroll, Social Security, pension, or government check automatically and on time with direct deposit. Your deposit will be sent electronically directly into your account. 
  • Mobile Deposit: The mobile deposit feature in our mobile app is so easy. Just snap a picture of the front and back of your check and hit deposit!
  • Internal Transfers: You can transfer from your savings to your checking with ease by simply clicking the transfer button on your online and mobile banking. It's also easy to transfer to other members of BHCCU. 
  • External Transfers: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Add an external account, 2. Verify your account with two micro-deposits made to your other financial institution, and 3. Transfer the money. Click here for more details. 
  • Apply Today: You can easily fill out an application to open an account or to apply for a loan or credit card online. 
  • Mobile Chat: We're here for you in more ways than one. We want to make it easy for you to get the answers you need when you need them, so we're using secure chats through our mobile app. It's easy! Simply click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select "Support." From here you can "Start a conversation" with one of our helpful representatives.

Your deposits are safe at BHCCU. The credit union is safe and sound. In addition, as a financial institution, BHCCU is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), which is a government agency.
