Blackhawk Community Credit Union Hosts American Red Cross Blood Drives

 

Blackhawk Community Credit Union has been hosting American Red Cross Blood Drives over the past year, and will continue to host them throughout 2018 and 2019.

 

The American Red Cross reported that between the October 27, 2017 and the October 19, 2018 blood drives, there have been 339 pints (approximately 43 gallons) of blood collected. These donations have helped 1,017 patients in less than a year.

 

Tammy McCaslin Krebs, Director of Membership Development at Blackhawk Community Credit Union, said, “Blackhawk Community Credit Union is extremely proud to commit to regular blood drives to give back to the community.” Blackhawk will continue to host blood drives every other month at their Westside Janesville branch, located at 2640 W. Court Street.
