What is a credit union?
A credit union is a not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to permit it's membership to save, borrow, and obtain financial services. Credit unions are owned by their members cooperatively.

Our membership eligibility includes all people living or working in Rock, Walworth and Green Counties of Wisconsin.
How does someone join Blackhawk Community Credit Union?
The completion of a simple application and a $5 deposit into a share account is all it takes. This may be done at any one of our branches.

How do I set up Direct Deposit?
First, provide BHCCU's Routing Number - 275978048
Then, provide your Account Number:
For deposits to SAVINGS - Use your member number.
For deposits to CHECKING - Look at the bottom of your check for the BHCCU Routing Number and the Check Number (the same number in the top right corner of the check). Your Account Number will be all the remaining numbers, either eight or 13 digits.
Why are my funds not available if I deposited a check into my account?
Under certain circumstances, a temporary "hold" may be placed on a deposited check. Your deposit receipt would indicate if a "hold" was required on a check.
How do I easily view what checks have cleared my account?
You may sign up for FREE Personal Branch Home Banking where you can inquire on all checks that have cleared as well as utilize many other transaction capabilities. If you are not signed up for online banking, visit one of our branches.
How do I re-order checks?
You can go to "Special Services" on our website and click "Order Checks Online" or you may call 877-585-8777 to order through our provider, Liberty. A JPEG picture is available here.
Where can I find the two digit suffixes that I need to transact on Personal Self Service Telephone?
You can find these two digit suffixes on your statements and they are also located on all receipts you have from completed transactions. The suffix will be in front of the 'name' of the account type.
I received my Debit/ATM card and the PIN number was not with it. When will I receive my PIN?
The PIN number is mailed separately for your protection. You will receive it within a couple of days of receiving the card.
Help! My Credit Card was lost or stolen. What do I do?
Immediately call 800-991-4965 to report the loss. Further assistance with issuing a new account number and credit card can be obtained by calling 608-755-6065, ext. 125.
Help! My EZ Draw Debit Card was lost or stolen. What do I do?
Immediately call 800-754-4128 to report the loss.

Please call 800-779-5555 to have it reset for you.

JavaScript is used in this site, so you must have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools, Internet Options. Select the Security tab on Internet Options. Choose Custom Level. In the dialog box, scroll to Scripting and select Enable. Click OK to close Security Settings, then click OK to close Internet Options.
